I’m a healthcare IT implementation and QC functional consultant with experience handling Hospital Information System (HIS) and related platforms end-to-end. Over 5 years, I’ve successfully completed three hospital implementations, then provided comprehensive technical support post-implementation while managing multiple client relationships.
In my recent role, I work as an implementation consultant and QC, supporting projects through delivery while using tools and processes like Jira for structured customer ticket handling. I’ve coordinated with departments such as Billing, Nursing, and Consultants to train end users, clarify doubts, solve minor application issues, and communicate with clients to resolve major or unidentified problems.
