Saw Yan Naung User

I am a mission-driven educator and consultant with 6+ years designing and delivering high-impact academic programs and online learning. I am currently an MA candidate in English Language Teaching and focus on scalable, technology-enabled pedagogy.

At Bard College, I teach Advanced Academic Writing, deliver live Zoom classes, create weekly Brightspace modules, supervise teaching assistants, and produce learner engagement analyses and end-of-term reports. I have supported cohorts of 80+ learners, including students in displaced-persons contexts, and led e-learning development projects as a Senior E-Learning Associate.

I design multimedia course materials, assessments, and learner-centered curricula, collaborate with subject-matter experts, and lead cross-functional teams to improve outcomes. I am passionate about using LMS platforms and data to expand educational access and drive continuous improvement.
