What I'm looking for
I’m a people-focused Human Resources and Talent Management professional with over 9 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, now transitioning into clinical counselling and psychology. I’m currently training in Clinical Counselling with hands-on exposure as a counselling apprentice.
In HR, I’ve led end-to-end recruitment—sourcing to onboarding—while maintaining recruitment metrics and producing department reports for strategic insights. I’ve coached and led teams of recruiters to meet hiring goals, and I bring a strong consultative approach through empathetic listening, relationship building, and stakeholder engagement.
Alongside my HR work, I’m building counselling capability through client assessments, support plan development, and supervised ethical practice. I’m eager to contribute counselling knowledge and HR expertise to support individual well-being, personal growth, and organizational development.
