What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior HR/talent leadership role where I can shape executive talent strategy, drive performance and engagement, and partner with C-suite on transformation, succession, and scalable people frameworks.

I lead company-wide talent management strategy across executive-level and senior leadership roles, aligning performance management and talent acquisition to evolving business priorities and strategic KPIs. I partner directly with the Managing Director and C-suite on transformation communications, change initiatives, and succession planning—while streamlining HR policies, talent frameworks, and performance tools for scalable growth.

From designing structured performance management and development planning to spearheading hybrid engagement calendars and learning & development programs, I build growth-focused, high-performance cultures. I also strengthen employer branding and internal communication channels, and I’ve supported HR operations and compliance—from onboarding and employee relations to workforce restructuring and employee recognition programs.
