I lead company-wide talent management strategy across executive-level and senior leadership roles, aligning performance management and talent acquisition to evolving business priorities and strategic KPIs. I partner directly with the Managing Director and C-suite on transformation communications, change initiatives, and succession planning—while streamlining HR policies, talent frameworks, and performance tools for scalable growth.
