I am a Psychology graduate with a strong interest in human resource management and employee relations. I am currently seeking an HR internship opportunity where I can contribute to a dynamic HR team, develop practical skills, and apply psychological principles in recruitment, employee support, and performance management.
During my time at All in One Holdings, I served as a Volunteer Consultant, where I created awareness content for online platforms and collaborated with university students to design community development programs. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Peradeniya, where I also pursued a Diploma in Human Resources Management.
In my previous role as an HR Officer at IMBS Green Campus, I managed employee documentation and supported the coordination of interviews. My volunteer experiences have further honed my skills in communication, leadership, and adaptability, making me well-prepared to contribute effectively in an HR capacity.
