I am a detail-oriented data analyst with hands-on experience in Power BI, Excel, Python, and ERP customization, focused on improving supply chain operations and customer experience. I combine technical skills with practical domain knowledge from logistics, manufacturing, and government projects.

During my internship at CSII India, I built dashboards and data models, customized ERP solutions, and used CRM tools like Zoho and Tuba to drive process improvements. I also completed automation and CNC training at Punjab Engineering College, strengthening my manufacturing and automation understanding.

My projects include a Power BI sales-insights dashboard for brick-and-mortar hardware sales and a smart supply-chain analytics solution using Python, Gemini, and Power BI to predict demand and optimize routing. These initiatives produced measurable improvements in decision-making, route efficiency, and potential revenue uplift.
