I've built end-to-end analytics solutions for HR, supply chain, logistics, and customer shopping data, turning raw datasets of up to 100,000+ records into stakeholder-ready Power BI dashboards and reports.
In my HR Analytics Dashboard project, I cleaned 80,000+ employee records into 76,000 validated rows, designed a relational data model, and created interactive reporting for workforce demographics, performance, and attrition trends. For enterprise supply chain analytics, I developed a five-page dashboard with DAX KPIs for on-time delivery, inventory risk, damage, and delays.
I use Power BI, DAX, Power Query, PostgreSQL, Python, Pandas, and NumPy to clean data, perform exploratory analysis, model business data, and communicate actionable insights.
