I’m a high-ownership project coordinator focused on end-to-end execution in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, where independent judgment and emotional intelligence matter. I’ve owned senior operational responsibility from day one in a zero-to-one setup for a state-wide digital education rollout.

I coordinated high volumes across multiple workstreams—stakeholder coordination, reporting, follow-ups, process fixes, and quality assurance—while acting as the internal hub between field teams, senior leadership, and technical/product teams. I helped drive platform adoption from 0% to ~100% across 33 districts and trained 650+ people, ensuring deliverables stayed aligned on scope and timelines.

I built and maintained operational trackers, progress reports, and follow-up systems to preserve accountability across a distributed network. I proactively identified bottlenecks and improved field team efficiency by 2x through structured data verification and root cause analysis, and I mentored 3+ juniors to strengthen execution and stakeholder communication.
