I’m a Program and Project Management leader at Associate Director level with 18+ years in Pharmaceutical R&D. I lead governance and execution across complex, matrixed programs and portfolio operations, aligning teams around clear milestones and decision-ready reporting.
In my current role at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, I lead PMO strategy and multi-program execution for Parenteral, Respiratory, and Ophthalmic portfolios. I manage a PMO team of 3 direct reports, consolidate weekly FTF progress across 10+ development programs, and oversee filing and milestone tracking across 50+ products—supporting several assets with ~$50M–$100M potential.
Previously at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, I spearheaded 140+ regulatory filings across Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa, recognized with the Chairman's Excellence Award. I also managed end-to-end program delivery for emerging-market portfolios, including deficiency response management and approvals that enabled commercialization and expansion of the commercial portfolio.
My work spans regulatory pathways (FTF, NCE-1, 505(b)(2), ANDA, DCP, ANDS), injectable and peptide-based development, and drug-device combination products. I bring strong cross-functional stakeholder management across Portfolio, Finance, BD, Alliance Management, Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and R&D, supported by tools like MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and digital PMO platforms.
