In my current role as an Associate Security Research Analyst, I conduct security audits and assessments using industry standards. I collaborate with experts to improve technical documentation, optimize workflows to deliver timely client reports, and stay current with cybersecurity trends.

Previously, I supported clients as a Customer Service Representative & Technical Support at a technology company, where I managed client relationships as the primary contact and improved satisfaction scores. I diagnosed and resolved hardware, software, and network issues for 30+ clients, led product training for 13+ clients, and maintained accurate CRM records to improve reporting and response times.

Earlier, I worked as a Technical Support Intern at an insurance organization, coordinating with database administration and IT to keep software running smoothly. I performed routine maintenance tasks (virus scans, cleanup, OS installation, and hardware/software upgrades) and provided on-call help across multiple branches, building a strong foundation in troubleshooting, reliability, and service quality.
