At Microsoft, I support strategic enterprise customers in securing and modernizing cloud and hybrid identity infrastructure across Entra ID, Zero Trust, Conditional Access, and Azure Security.

I lead resolution of critical identity and authentication incidents involving Hybrid Identity, MFA, SSO, PIM, JIT access, and Azure Security, while maintaining strong customer outcomes across global enterprise accounts.

I deliver Entra ID security assessments, governance reviews, risk-reduction roadmaps, and authentication architecture guidance across OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, ADFS, and federated identity models. I also help organizations advance passwordless authentication, device health-based access controls, and privileged access strategies using Microsoft PIM, CyberArk, and BeyondTrust.

Before Microsoft, I designed Active Directory, PKI, migration, and infrastructure solutions at IBM and led enterprise infrastructure support and escalation operations at Convergys. I use PowerShell, AI-assisted analysis, GitHub Copilot, and automation to improve troubleshooting, incident response, and operational efficiency.
