What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead data-led talent acquisition and workforce-planning initiatives, build inclusive leadership and early-talent pipelines, and partner closely with business leaders on succession, onboarding, and long-term people strategy.

I've built high-performing teams from scratch across FMCG, pharma, medical devices, consulting, and RPO. At Millennium Group, I lead talent acquisition, onboarding, people operations, workforce planning, succession readiness, and early-talent programs.

I partnered with universities across India to build an early-talent pipeline, created 30-60-90 day onboarding frameworks, and introduced workforce-planning and succession-readiness frameworks. I also develop skill matrices, structured interview scorecards, and pre-qualified talent pipelines for critical roles.

Previously at Abbott Healthcare, I built the Global Data Science & Analytics team and led diversity hiring, internal mobility, employer branding, and recruiting analytics. I bring over eight years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including leadership hiring, behavioural assessments, compensation benchmarking, and stakeholder partnership.
