At Lumiere Education, I direct operations for an international academic research program processing 11,000+ student applications annually. I manage financial aid operations and support a network of 250+ volunteer PhD mentors across disciplines and geographies.

I build practical Airtable-based systems that track students, mentors, applications, program progress, and operational workflows. I’ve designed mentor quality assessments, improved admissions and student delivery processes, and trained team members on new systems.

My background also includes high-volume editorial workflows for global media clients, UX research and copywriting, and teaching creative writing to students.
