What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a fully remote customer support role where I can contribute strong communication, reliability, and a responsible approach while learning the employer’s systems and workflows.

My 27 years of living and working in the United States gave me extensive daily and professional English experience, along with regular communication with people from different backgrounds.

In customer service and service-related work, I handled customer enquiries and developed a professional, patient approach. I also have experience in food production and manufacturing.

At Entreprenøren, Norway, I completed assigned tasks according to instructions and requirements in an international workplace. I’m seeking fully remote customer support work and am comfortable learning new systems, including CRM tools and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
