What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT role where I can deliver reliable technical support and secure network operations—covering troubleshooting, monitoring, and user access control—while growing my responsibilities in IT systems and infrastructure.

I’m an IT Executive who maintains end-to-end IT operations across head office and showrooms, ensuring technology supports day-to-day retail work. I support POS systems, inventory management, and retail sales operations while keeping hardware, software, networks (LAN/Wi-Fi), and printing systems reliable.

In my recent role, I’ve installed and configured computers, CCTV systems, and office applications, and I’ve supported new showroom locations with IT setup. I also manage company email systems and coordinate ongoing technical needs to keep teams running smoothly.

Previously, as an IT Supervisor at Suwasevana Hospitals, I managed hospital IT infrastructure—hardware, software, networks, and peripherals—so networks and internet connectivity stayed continuously available. I handled troubleshooting for HMS and administrative systems, maintained printers (laser, dot matrix, POS), and monitored CCTV with scheduled footage backups.

I focus on secure, well-managed access by implementing user access controls and ensuring compliance with ICT security and password policies. I also supported Finance and HR through accounting reports and HRIS updates, and I build strong vendor relationships for maintenance and technical support, backed by NVQ Level 4 Computer Hardware Technician credentials.
