At the National Oceanography Centre (NOC), I advised on operational, regulatory and governance matters, including safeguarding policies and employment issues. I also drafted and reviewed policies and procedures to reflect legislative change.
Across roles at MLP Law, Das Law and other firms, I advised employers and individuals on contentious and non-contentious employment matters. My work included Employment Tribunal cases, settlement agreements, contracts, redundancy, discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal and TUPE.
Before focusing on employment law, I worked in HR roles at DS Smith, Hafod Care and Welsh Ambulance Service. At DS Smith, I produced Workday end-to-end global process maps and contributed to UK policy and deployment projects; at Hafod Care, I designed and delivered a recruitment strategy.
