I’m a highly skilled Legal Consultant with 5+ years of experience providing remote legal services to UK-based companies. I focus on legal consultancy, contract drafting and review, and actionable advice that aligns with clients’ business goals while ensuring compliance with UK laws.
In my current role as Legal Counsel (January 2023 – Present), I serve as a primary point of contact for multiple clients across technology, finance, and media. I draft, review, and revise commercial contracts—especially NDAs and service agreements—and I identify and manage legal risks, including guidance on dispute resolution to help prevent future litigation.
