I’m a Product and Design professional with 4+ years of experience across product management, UX design, customer experience, and account management. I build and scale digital products by combining user-centric workflow design with clear product thinking and stakeholder alignment.

Currently, I’m a Product & Design Lead at TruckAll (Astitva Lab Pty Ltd), working directly with the founder and development team to build and launch an early-stage logistics and trucking platform. I lead product thinking and UX strategy, design production-ready user flows and interfaces, and manage design-to-development execution and developer handoff.

Previously at Cars24, I led customer-facing and internal product initiatives focused on improving sales operations, customer journeys, and advisor efficiency. From leading the Pulse/CRUISE platform experience to redesigning hub check-in and onboarding flows, I focus on reducing operational friction and improving end-to-end outcomes.

Before product roles, I worked as a Senior Accounts Manager at BAMKO, managing US-based client accounts and end-to-end merchandise sourcing and delivery operations. That experience sharpened my ability to coordinate across teams, optimize for cost and timelines, and translate feedback into action—skills I bring into every product launch.
