At MGM University, I served as Trainee Engineer Team Lead ERP Design and translated complex academic rules into product requirements and user flows for a university ERP rebuild. I coordinated with university administration and a 7-member engineering team.
I managed the feature backlog and delivery priorities, then worked with faculty and students through user-acceptance testing. Their feedback helped us address operational bottlenecks and improve data handling and access controls.
I architected an Institutional Management System with admission tracking, data exports, and role-based access. Its infrastructure work saved 80% storage and supported sub-second page loads.
On Sentinel Suite, I developed monitoring and risk analytics for asset streams, using machine-learning pipelines and graph analytics. I’ve also delivered a Flutter MVP for Surety App and currently facilitate Google Developers programs, supporting cloud learning for students.
