What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead architecture and engineering teams building cloud-native, event-driven Java platforms on AWS/Azure, with strong engineering governance, reusable frameworks, and opportunities to apply AI (RAG/LLMs) to real business workflows.

I’m a Technical Architect / Engineering Lead with 14+ years of hands-on experience designing and building cloud-native enterprise solutions from scratch. I lead scalable Java Spring Boot microservices and event-driven systems using strong architecture principles like DDD, SOLID, and Hexagonal/ Clean Architecture.

In my recent role, I’ve architected high-throughput solutions with Kafka, Kubernetes, REST APIs, and resilient event-driven patterns (Kafka and Azure Event Hub). I’ve also established engineering governance through CI/CD, code review standards, SonarQube quality gates, API governance, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform—while building observability with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Graylog.

I focus on developer enablement by designing reusable frameworks, starter templates, shared libraries, and reference architectures, and by mentoring teams through workshops, pair programming, and TDD/DDD/SOLID practices. I also design AI-powered enterprise applications using Spring AI, LLMs, RAG, MCP, and LangChain to enable intelligent search, knowledge retrieval, and workflow automation.
