What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own vendor and payroll operations end-to-end, improve onboarding efficiency, and use reporting dashboards to drive performance—especially in fast-paced environments that value accuracy, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.

I’m a Vendor Management Specialist supporting large-scale BPO operations for GoTo Indonesia, overseeing payroll and commission processing for 800+ BPO GoPay Sales across multiple regions—delivering accurate, on-time payments with zero payroll errors.

I also lead onboarding/offboarding for BPO and MPO Sales teams, coordinating provisioning (email accounts, laptops, and system access) and resolving application issues to minimize disruption. I use performance dashboards and PIP trackers to enable data-driven vendor and employee management, and I’ve complemented this with HR and talent-focused internship experience at Eximbank and the Central Bank of Indonesia.
