At Zappts, I create social media content, develop marketing strategies and campaigns, support employer branding and internal communications, and plan email marketing content. I take videos from narrative development and material selection through final editing.
Previously at Coren and Lace Engenharia, I designed LinkedIn and Instagram content, wrote copy, built content calendars, scheduled posts, and supported institutional website design and content corrections. My earlier administrative experience at J.Macêdo also strengthened my documentation, reporting, supplier, and deadline-management skills.
Outside of work, I manage and moderate Discord communities, building community structures, rules, permissions, bot setups, staff workflows, and engagement systems from scratch. I also train moderators and support recovery after security incidents.
