What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my accounts receivable, financial operations, collections, reporting, and team-training experience in a role where I can improve processes, support accurate reporting, and strengthen customer and vendor relationships.

At Sonida Senior Living, I manage customer accounts, payments, invoicing, reconciliations, collections, and aging reporting to support cash flow and accurate financial reporting. I also investigate billing issues, resolve discrepancies, and improve follow-up practices for outstanding balances.

Previously, as Business Director and Office Manager, I led A/R and A/P processes, month-end close, payroll support, budgeting, vendor coordination, scheduling, onboarding, and compliance. I've supported new community acquisitions, served as Interim Executive Director, and created A/R training materials for community teams.
