What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver individualized, evidence-based ABA interventions in clinic and home settings—collecting data, supporting BIPs, collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams, and staying fully HIPAA-compliant.

I’ve spent over 4.5 years working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities in clinic and in-home settings.

At A&M Behavioral, The Lighthouse Children Therapy Center, Villa Lyan, and Expanding Possibilities, I’ve applied Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies, implemented behavior intervention plans in coordination with a BCBA, and used PECS and AAC devices to build communication and social skills. I’ve also tracked and reported behavioral data in line with HIPAA and insurance requirements.

When challenges came up, I relied on crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques, functional behavior assessments, and progress tracking to adjust treatment approaches. I also worked closely with families through caregiver training, structured routines, and visual schedules to support generalization at home.
