I am a solution-oriented intake coordinator with nearly 10 years of customer service experience and over five years as a senior specialist intake coordinator. I organize and coordinate home infusion services, prioritizing streamlined productivity and excellent patient care.

In my current role as Intake Coordinator — Team Lead, I facilitate communication between hospital departments, MD offices, and health care facilities, monitor ongoing care, and proactively resolve issues.
