Sarah Harris

At Harvester Landscapes, part of Gengaro Companies, I coordinate administrative, financial, and documentation workflows across an average of 16 active landscape design, installation, and maintenance projects.

I manage receivables and payables, client invoicing, subcontractor payments, contracts, scopes of work, change orders, and project records. I serve as a central contact for clients, subcontractors, project managers, and leadership, helping align scope, schedules, documentation, and payment needs.

I build trackers, organize Dropbox project files, and develop standardized templates and reporting that improve visibility and consistency. I also provide executive and project support to Catalyst Architecture, MDLDC, and Ambrosia Harvest.

Alongside my project work at DarkSquare, I’ve built repeatable administrative processes, coordinated client communication and deliverables, and supported owners with scheduling and digital organization. I’m looking to grow a long-term career in project management through deeper involvement in planning, field coordination, scheduling, and execution.
