What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead Agile engineering operations, portfolio governance, and technical delivery where I can turn business priorities into clear roadmaps, reliable execution, and measurable outcomes while developing teams and improving systems.

At Performance Golf, I lead engineering intake, capacity planning, solution design governance, and outage triage across Web and App Development teams. I also built AI-driven project reporting and Jira API integrations that improve delivery visibility and reduce manual administration.

Previously at V Shred, I designed portfolio governance and intake processes, served as Scrum Master across five teams, and coached Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and engineering staff. I created organization-wide Jira-integrated intake workflows, KPI dashboards, documentation systems, and Agile practices.

My background also includes leading ERP rollouts, internal and customer-facing application delivery, and cross-functional IT portfolios at Flex Technology Group. I bring 10+ years of experience translating business priorities into technical roadmaps, capacity plans, and measurable delivery outcomes.
