At Allianz UK, I led AI-driven analytics transformation and helped shape the technical direction of its three-year roadmap. I also led teams delivering customer and portfolio models, and developed a Customer 360 analytics ecosystem for underwriting and distribution.
As an independent consultant, I’m leading a rebuild of process-emissions reporting for a UK water and wastewater utility. I designed an Azure Synapse and Delta Lake platform with audit-traceable reporting, and built data quality capabilities for sensor telemetry.
Across work for HMRC, Shell UK, British Gas, ONS and other clients, I’ve built statistical and machine-learning models for areas including tax, energy optimisation and customer insight. At HMRC, my statistical models supported IR35 legislation associated with £3.5bn+ in Exchequer revenue uplift.
