I’m a strategy, research, and product generalist with an MSc in Economics, specialising in Population Studies and Health Economics, and experience working across startup operations, product strategy, research, partnerships, and execution.
Most recently, I worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Project Bhaskar (Adaptiv), a culture-tech research lab, where I worked across multiple projects and helped build operational systems from scratch. My responsibilities included product roadmap planning, project management, product QA, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, go-to-market planning, and research operations. I also contributed to growing a community of over 120 people and converting six paying members within five months, without active marketing.
Previously, I worked in a founder’s office role at Ethyx Club, supporting fundraising, multi-country market research, competitive analysis, go-to-market assessments, and execution across several business initiatives. My research experience includes analysing energy transitions and corporate performance, conducting statistical analysis using STATA and R, and studying healthcare utilisation, insurance coverage, and climate-related agricultural outcomes.
I enjoy working in early-stage environments where I can take ownership, navigate ambiguity, build systems and processes, and work closely with founders and cross-functional teams. I’m particularly interested in roles that combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, whether in strategy and operations, a founder’s office, product operations, research, or special projects.
My broader interests lie at the intersection of technology, society, and institutions. I’m especially curious about healthtech, and products that address meaningful problems. I enjoy research and data-driven problem-solving, but I’m equally interested in translating insights into practical decisions, building new initiatives, and improving how teams and products operate.
I’m looking for opportunities with collaborative, ambitious teams where I can contribute across functions, learn quickly, and help build something from the ground up.
