I partnered with hiring managers and teams across People, Engineering, Product, and Business to support emerging talent needs. I also developed programming and delivered global intern and co-op experiences across AMER, EMEA, and LATAM.
I designed and facilitated the Highway to Hire workshop series on career readiness, personal branding, interview preparation, and offer navigation. I also built and launched an Emerging Talent Mentorship Program and supported interns, co-ops, and early-career employees through coaching and performance check-ins.
At Seacoast School of Technology, I created employer and educator relationships that opened internship and work-based learning opportunities for students. Earlier, I coached college students and taught First Year Experience at Great Bay Community College, and I owned and operated an education-focused business.
