At Philadelphia English Language Institute, I design grading rubrics, score student essays, and give detailed written feedback on writing quality. I also teach academic writing and English courses.
On my AI-assisted English course book projects, I review and rewrite AI-generated dialogues for natural phrasing, usage, and CEFR-level fit. I document where the AI went wrong, trace the cause, and record fixes or next steps.
I used an AI-built learner profile to identify a tutoring student's difficulty with spontaneous speech, then built Speaking Lab, a practice app the learner used and kept returning to. I also use AI tools in tutoring sessions and create custom AI-assisted learning materials.
My background includes teaching academic English and writing at La Salle University and Thomas Jefferson University, as well as UX research and product roles. I evaluated digital products against usability guidelines and synthesized interview and survey data into findings and recommendations.
