I'm looking to lead enterprise-scale programs where I can align cross-functional teams, navigate complex change, strengthen operations, and deliver technology or healthcare initiatives with measurable impact.

At Cigna Healthcare, I partner with the Chief of Staff to coordinate the Medicare business transfer to HCSC, assessing operational and technical impacts, developing continuity workflows, and aligning senior leadership. Previously at Providence St. Joseph Health, I led a seven-state mental health initiative across 30+ teams supporting substance use disorder, suicide prevention, and depression programs.

I've also built analytics frameworks for telehealth, led ServiceNow customer service improvement work, developed product operations and quality systems, and coordinated clinical technology deployments. At Claremont Graduate University, I managed 30 staff on NIH-funded research projects and improved study efficiency by 298% through redesigned processes and communication systems.
