I’m an ISTQB Certified Software Quality Assurance Engineer with over 3 years of experience in Agile software development environments. I’m known for delivering high-quality products through thorough testing, clear communication, and consistent execution.

In my current role at NETSOL Technologies, I perform testing to ensure software functionality, reliability, and adherence to quality standards. I collaborate with stakeholders during requirement analysis to clarify ambiguities and define comprehensive test scenarios using JIRA and Zephyr.

Working closely with development teams, I participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, grooming sessions, and retrospectives to stay aligned with project goals and timelines. I estimate QA effort, support test plans and strategy, and execute API testing using Postman to validate backend logic, data flow, and third-party integrations.

I design and execute comprehensive test cases across Functional, UI, Sanity, Integration, and Regression testing, while preparing and managing test data for different cycles and environments. I manage defect tracking, reporting, and verification through the complete bug lifecycle in Jira, ensuring timely release delivery aligned with client expectations.
