I am a Software Quality Engineer with experience testing web, mobile, POS, and self-checkout systems for major retail clients. I follow Agile/Scrum practices and collaborate with distributed teams in the USA, UK, and Pakistan to deliver high-quality releases.
I design and execute manual and automated test cases, develop automation scripts using AutoVera, Cypress, and Selenium, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins. I also perform API testing with Postman and work with containerization using Docker.
I configure QA appliances and test environments, manage test data and snapshots, and use tools such as Jira, Xray, Confluence, and SQL databases to reproduce and resolve issues. I have coordinated UAT with stakeholders and produced test summary reports to support release decisions.
I mentor junior engineers, conduct workshops, and hold ISTQB Foundation and Scrum Foundation certifications. I seek to continuously improve automation coverage and contribute to reliable, customer-focused software delivery.
