I’m a results-oriented QA Engineer focused on delivering high-quality software products through both manual and automated testing. I design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using modern frameworks such as Playwright, and I’m especially drawn to AI-driven testing approaches that improve coverage and speed up release cycles.

In my current role at NETSOLTechnologies Inc, I set up and maintain test environments and run Sanity, Smoke, Functional, System, Integration, and Regression Testing. I handle test case development and execution, manage defect identification and reporting in JIRA, verify hotfixes for client delivery, and support feature documentation and legacy system review.

Previously, at Healthwire.pk and Blackbox Labz, I managed module-specific healthcare B2B website testing, maintained and updated test cases, and documented user manuals, while also tracking bugs through ASANA and supporting sprint reporting. My experience across web and mobile applications has strengthened my QA process mindset—optimizing for efficiency, reliability, and overall product quality.
