Own production planning and scheduling activities supporting 14 customer accounts, 100 SKUs, four production lines, and a dedicated variety-pack operation. Develop and execute production schedules supporting more than 15 million annual cases and 69 million liters of beverage production.

Assign production to specific plants based on customer needs and plant capacity, and develop specific production schedules that align with customer orders. Monitor progress, adjust where needed, and communicate status and changes to Customer Service, plant Planning, Warehousing/Distribution, and other groups.

Schedule production using Sage X3 and Preactor APS to meet customer orders, production efficiency and profitability goals utilizing MRP system. Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics departments to facilitate order fulfillment and manage inventory.

Mixed chemicals to ensure samples are within regulation and assessed plant compliance. Performed routine calibration and maintenance of lab testing equipment and analyzed test data to compare results to quality standards.

Directed all activities for all production lines across shifts in accordance with plan and line goals, product standards, costs, budgets, manpower, and established procedures. Coordinated and supported continuous improvement activity through the facility.

Handled customer complaints seeking root cause, supervised and trained new hires, and analyzed data in support of shipments. Monitored work quality and ensured compliance with OSHA regulations.

Ensured all warehouse functions were completed accurately and on time, and maintained records for shipping/receiving. Examined products to ensure quality standards and performed visual, mechanical, and functional verification of parts.

Organized, confirmed, and processed guest check-ins/check-outs and secured payment. Checked and audited team member timekeeping and pay data records, and organized the weekly schedule to reflect business needs.
