What I'm looking for

Fully remote, entry-level L&D/HR Coordination role, remote is a hard requirement. Open to L&D Coordinator, Training Coordinator, HR Coordinator, Learning Operations, or Junior Instructional Designer. Career switcher with strong transferable experience (tutoring, research, content, coordination) and active L&D learning in progress. Available immediately, full-time.

I'm a career switcher moving into Learning & Development, based in Hyderabad, looking for fully remote roles.

For almost 7 years, I've tutored 40+ students one-on-one, adapting how I explain things to each child and helping them build confidence over time.

That's where my interest in L&D really comes from. Alongside that, I built research, content, and coordination skills through marketing internships, and I hold a BCom in Business Analytics.

I'm now actively building the technical L&D side, instructional design frameworks like ADDIE and Kirkpatrick's model, Excel-based reporting, LMS tools, and Articulate Rise for e-learning content. I'm looking for an L&D or HR Coordinator role where I can bring this combination together and grow into the field.
