I'm supporting Colombia's Ministry of Transportation on technical and strategic monitoring for six high-impact national infrastructure projects, including Pier 13 of Buenaventura, the Tumaco Pier, and Lot HB of El Dorado International Airport.
I prepare executive reports, technical opinions, and strategic documents for senior decision-making, while coordinating commitments from meetings with the Minister's Office, the Vice Minister of Transportation, and sector entities. I also build Power BI and Excel dashboards that turn project information into actionable monitoring indicators.
Previously at AR Construcciones, I implemented Lean Construction across the Torres de Fontibón and Acanto housing projects. I coordinated weekly planning through the Last Planner System, led multidisciplinary teams and contractors across two simultaneous sites, and focused on improving productivity and reducing waste.
As a Civil Engineer certified in Lean Six Sigma White Belt and Scrum Foundations, I bring project planning, controls, technical coordination, and continuous improvement to multidisciplinary infrastructure and construction teams.
