At Corporación Instiglio, I manage the Financial Information System and portfolio-level financial controls for more than 150 projects across Latin America, Africa, and global teams.

I deliver monthly reporting on cash flow, billing projections, revenue, forecasting, KPIs, budget performance, margin risks, FX adjustments, and overhead. I also manage grant financial tracking and compliance reporting for UBS, Hilton Foundation, FCDO, GEF, LGTVP, and Citibank.

Previously, I standardized global processes for budgeting, expense control, project margins, financial health reviews, and project-performance monitoring. I built multi-year projection models and control tools that supported strategic planning, grant execution, resource allocation, and senior decision-making.

I bring an Industrial Engineering background, ongoing Master’s studies in Finance, and FMVA training. I’m motivated by impact investment, due diligence, financial modeling, and helping social enterprises make stronger decisions.
