What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my accounting, payroll, compliance, and HR operations experience in a role supporting accurate financial controls, efficient processes, and business decision-making.

At Equity Packaging Inc., I manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable, bank and vendor reconciliations, payroll inputs, HR operations, and MIS reporting for management decision-making.

Previously at XL Dynamic India, I supported US clients with AR/AP cycles, US GAAP-aligned reconciliations, bookkeeping, offshore onboarding, HR documentation, and ADP-based payroll activities.

My earlier accounting and audit work included finalizing accounts, preparing balance sheets and profit and loss statements, conducting statutory and tax audits, and filing TDS, Service Tax, and income tax returns.

I've processed payroll for workforces of 150–200 employees and bring hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, ADP Portal, and Excel.
