What I'm looking for

I want to build platforms that don’t exist yet—using AI tools to ship production-grade systems. I’m looking for teams that value reliability (SLOs), strong engineering practices, and fast, measurable delivery.

I build AI-native, multi-tenant platforms and the systems that make them reliable in production. At Motadata (Mindarray Systems), I designed a multi-agent AI coding pipeline on Claude Code across the full 5-phase SDLC, turning PMG requirements into tested, deployable Go microservices—automating 60%+ of combined development and QA effort.

I co-architected reliability, SLA & governance (including a synchronous enforcement gate at p95 ≤ 50ms) and built shared observability/monitoring SDKs adopted across services (OpenTelemetry, NATS). Previously at ObserveOps, I delivered an AI/ML-driven observability platform—implementing SSO, scaling 100+ plugins, integrating ServiceNow/Freshworks for 100+ events/second, and resolving 50+ critical production issues.
