I've scaled Sense's Voice AI from POC to enterprise scale, supporting 100+ live clients, 1M+ monthly calls, and multi-million-dollar ARR. I built Agent Builder, a self-serve platform that helped convert standalone deployments into signed six-figure bundled deals.

I developed Sense's AI Receptionist from scratch in 14 days using agentic workflows and harness-layer optimizations, securing customer contracts before full productization. I also improved trace analytics, observability, and on-call practices, reducing alerts by over 99% from 400+ daily to 2–3.

At StepChange, I led backend delivery for a climate-risk platform serving major banks and architected a multi-tenant analytics platform for 100 GB+ datasets with sub-minute metric refreshes. I also deployed an internal Slack MCP and RAG engine that made company knowledge searchable with cited answers in seconds.

Earlier, I built a GenAI analytics assistant as an independent contractor and engineered OCR-powered ETL pipelines at Javis that supported a 12% annual revenue increase. I contribute to the AI developer community through Aether, my open-source Rust observability terminal UI, conference talks, and one-on-one mentoring.
