What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a back office or administrative role where I can use my organisational and computer skills to contribute to team efficiency and business growth.

At Satin Credit Care Network Ltd, I conduct client visits and field follow-ups for loan disbursement and recovery. I also process loan applications and maintain client records.

I provide customer support by responding to client queries and resolving issues. I assist with field collections and coordinate with the back office team for reporting.

Previously, as a Back Office Executive at SM Finance Investigation, I handled data entry and maintained client databases. I also assisted with loan documentation and client information verification.

I hold a 1st Class BA in Geography from Sankardeva Mahavidyalaya (Dibrugarh University) and a Diploma in Computer Application from STP Computer Education.
