At Avaada Electro Pvt. Ltd., I develop Python-based forecasting models for production planning and build Power BI dashboards to monitor manufacturing KPIs. I also automated MIS reporting workflows, reducing report preparation time from about three hours to 30 minutes.
Previously, at First Solar India Ventures Pvt. Ltd., I analyzed manufacturing data from MES, SCADA, and production systems. I used ETL and root-cause analysis to examine yield loss and process performance patterns.
My projects include downtime prediction, production forecasting, and manufacturing quality analytics using Python, SQL, and machine-learning methods. I also built manufacturing dashboards and automated ETL and MIS workflows to support operational reporting.
