What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level role in rubber/plastics R&D or production focused on formulation and testing, within collaborative teams that value sustainability, hands-on problem-solving, and technical growth opportunities.

I am an aspiring rubber technologist with hands-on experience in compound formulation, processing, and mechanical testing. During internships with Motherson Unit 1, JK Fenner, and SP Plastics (Hosur), I contributed to rubber product manufacturing, quality control, and polymer processing while developing practical R&D skills.

I have worked on sustainable-material projects, including reinforcing pineapple leaf fiber (PALF) with SBR and optimizing formulations using NR and SBR for automotive applications to enhance mechanical properties. I bring polymer testing and analysis, CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX CAD), equipment-handling experience, and a collaborative problem-solving approach to product development and process optimization.
