I also work with polymer material characterization using DSC, TGA, FTIR, and SEM, including material analysis and identification.
During my internship at Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., I observed LLDPE and HDPE production through solution polymerization and analyzed factors affecting polymer density, MFI, and molecular weight.
At Ultimate Flexipack Ltd. (A Uflex Group Company), I tested flexible films and polymer materials, including PE, PP, Nylon, masterbatch, and filler. I also identified unknown film layers using microtome and microscope techniques.
