What I'm looking for

I’m an immediate joiner seeking a clinical pharmacy or pharmacovigilance-focused role where I can apply accurate medical record review, medication review, and documentation skills—working with healthcare teams and following compliance and confidentiality standards.

I’m a B.Pharm and Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) graduate with hands-on experience in clinical documentation, healthcare data management, and medical record review. I focus on maintaining accurate records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards.

During my Clinical Internship at Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital (ABMH), Pune, I reviewed patient medical records and supported clinical documentation across rotations. I collaborated with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals while assisting with medication review, patient counselling, and clinical case assessments.

I’m particularly interested in roles where strong organization matters—whether it’s documenting patient information clearly, supporting medication safety, or contributing to pharmacovigilance workflows. I’m comfortable working within hospital workflows, medical terminology, and confidentiality requirements.

Alongside my internship, I’ve strengthened my research and documentation ability through projects like the role of Prilox Cream as surface anesthesia for intra-catheter insertion and a comparative study on Covid-19 pneumonia. I bring Good Clinical Practice (GCP) awareness, scientific documentation discipline, and structured use of tools like Excel and SharePoint to deliver reliable outputs.
