What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Pharmacy, or Medical Writing role where I can apply clinical documentation, ADR assessment, medication safety, research, and scientific communication skills.

I've supported medication safety and pharmacovigilance across Medanta Superspeciality Hospital and Integral Hospital-IIMSR, documenting and assessing suspected adverse drug reactions while reviewing prescriptions for interactions, contraindications, and dosing appropriateness.

During my clinical pharmacy internships, I've contributed to surgical prophylaxis reviews, OPD prescription checks, discharge summary preparation, crash cart and insulin audits, therapeutic drug monitoring, medication history collection, and patient counselling.

I apply WHO-UMC causality assessment, MedDRA terminology, ICH-GCP principles, and CDSCO/VigiBase reporting awareness to structured clinical safety documentation. I've also participated in antibiotic stewardship and medication management activities.

For my Pharm.D research project, I conducted a cross-sectional study of SGLT2 inhibitors in obese patients with Type 2 Diabetes, evaluating glycaemic control, weight changes, and health-related quality of life through patient-record analysis, PubMed review, and clinical data interpretation.
