I’m a Pharm.D graduate with hands-on experience in clinical documentation, data review, and adverse event reporting in a tertiary care hospital setting. I focus on data quality, attention to detail, and GCP-consistent, SOP-aligned work.

In my Clinical Pharmacist Intern role, I improved medication safety by identifying and reporting drug interactions and dosing errors during ward rounds. I maintained accurate medication records by documenting ADRs and dose adjustments with full hospital SOP compliance.

I also contributed to research documentation through structured literature review and record review, culminating in a peer-reviewed retrospective study on prescribing patterns in Acute Coronary Syndrome patients (IJNRD, 2025). I’m comfortable translating findings into clear, stakeholder-ready reports and regulatory-aligned documentation.

I bring strong collaboration and communication skills—coordinating with pharmacists, physicians, and research staff—and I’m seeking to apply my clinical documentation, research analysis, and data quality strengths in Clinical Data Management, pharmacovigilance, or research documentation.
