During my Clinical Research Intern role at Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre, Pune, I supported Phase III clinical trial operations in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines. I reviewed source documents and supported CRF/eCRF completion and query resolution.

I maintained essential study documentation aligned with ALCOA data integrity principles and supported AE and SAE documentation workflows. I also assisted with subject screening, informed consent, and protocol-defined visit procedures.

As a Clinical Pharmacist Intern at Lokmanya Hospital and Ruby Hall Clinic, I performed adverse drug reaction monitoring and case-level data review. I also reviewed medication therapy and prescriptions, assessed drug interactions, and interpreted laboratory data.

For my academic project, I conducted a retrospective study of prescription patterns and drug utilization among ICU patients with lower respiratory tract infections. I reviewed patient records and prescriptions, then applied Drug Utilization Evaluation principles to assess prescribing practices.
